The Institute for Learning is the professional body for teachers, trainers, tutors and student teachers in the Learning and Skills sector. By listening to and supporting the needs of their members they continue to raise the status of teaching practitioners across the sector.
They celebrate the diverse nature of the sector, including: Adult and Community Learning, Emergency and Public Services, Further Education Colleges, Ministry of Defence/Armed Services, the Voluntary Sector and Work-based Learning.
Andy has is registered with the IfL and has been granted member status. The online service is now up and running and used by ASK to register and complete professional development plans. Andy has also gained his QTLS through the IfL.
